Returns

**Please review our return and exchange policies in full to ensure an easier return experience! **

Instructions for ALL returns (clearance items not included):

1. Login to your ScratchMeNot account;
     If you do not have one, contact us for for your username and password.
2. Click 'view order status'
3. Click 'return items' and fill out return item request form
4. Once the form is complete, a confirmation email will be sent containing your Request Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) with shipping instructions.

PLEASE NOTE:
*All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the shipping date.

*Resellable condition. We only accept returns that are new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition. If we receive an item that has been used or washed, a refund will not be given.

Please note: For all clearance items, all sales are final. Please call if you have any questions, prior to purchasing clearance items.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

We will refund your purchase price and any taxes paid, but we are not able to refund shipping fees. Refunds and exchanges will take up to 14 days to process and will only be accepted within 14 days of the shipping date. Refunds will be made in the same form used to make the original purchase.

We do recommend you add delivery confirmation to ensure we receive the return. We are not responsible for returns we do not receive.

“Return To Sender” or “Refused” packages that have not completed the above practice will be refunded the original amount minus 25% restocking fee. As this is not the proper return process.
