Shipping Policy

Orders:

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Express orders if order is placed by NOON CST, will be shipped same day. If express order is placed after NOON CST, the order ships the next business day. All orders placed on weekends, will be shipped the next business day. 

FREE SHIPPING offers are for orders shipped within the US. 

Within The US:

All orders will be shipped via USPS. We offer:

Express: 1-2 day delivery depending on the location - MUST PLACE ORDER BEFORE NOON CST.

Priority: 2-3 day

Ground: Approx. 5 days

Tracking numbers are provided for all US orders and will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

International Orders:

Canada:

Tracking information for orders being shipping to Canada is available via Canada Post or USPS website.

The customer is responsible for all customs charges, duties and taxes.

Outside the US:

We offer shipping to many international countries, if your country is not listed at checkout, we’ll be happy to quote a rate. Please contact us at info@scratchmenot.com.

 

We ship via USPS for International Orders and provide for All International shipping:

International Ground:

**International orders can take up to 14 + days to deliver. We are unable to ship Australia and NSW, as USPS has temporarily stopping International ground shipping. 

**Our most economical shipping option 

**Provides a tracking number with limited tracking or estimated timeframe - Most countries shipments arrive within 14 business days. Sometimes longer. 

**Once we ship it using Ground, we have no way of knowing when it will arrive or how long it will take. We can only provide the day that it was shipped.

We will provide faster shipping in the near future, as we are gathering the best shipping carrier. 

**We will provide the day it was shipped and tracking number to the email you provide during checkout.

 

“Return to Sender” Package:

In the event that an order is “Returned to Sender” due to an insufficient address, if the mistake is not ours, the actual shipping amount required will need to be charged a second time to reship the package. Please note a “Return To Sender” package is not considered a proper return process for our products. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
